At the recent Mansfield Town fixture against Lincoln City, Mansfield Town Community Trust were joined pitchside by Councillor Faz Choudhury and Councillor Kevin Brown for a special cheque presentation in front of supporters.

Today’s Holiday Camp brought an extra splash of excitement as some of our participants enjoyed a special visit for a complimentary swimming session with our fantastic partners at SWIM! Mansfield. It was a brilliant opportunity for the group to step into the pool, try something new, and continue building their confidence in the water.

We wrapped up our Football Camps this half term with a special visit from Joe Gardner and Harry Lewis! The players spent time answering questions from the group, sharing their experiences, signing autographs, and chatting with our young players. It was a fantastic way to finish a week full of player visits!

We were delighted to welcome Ryan Sweeney and Tyler Roberts, who joined us for a Q&A session with our Football Camps group. They shared their experiences from playing professionally, answered some great questions, and stayed afterwards for some photos with our participants.

Day Two of our February Half-Term Holiday Club was all about celebrating Pancake Day, and what a fantastic day it was! The excitement was clear from the moment everyone arrived, with the group ready to enjoy a full schedule of fun activities, laughter, and of course, plenty of delicious pancakes.

Despite the rain pouring from start to finish, spirits remained high at our recent Holiday Camp session. The wet weather certainly didn’t dampen the enthusiasm, as our players embraced the conditions and enjoyed every moment out on the pitch. Their energy, resilience, and positivity were fantastic to see, proving that a bit of rain can’t stop the fun when everyone is fully engaged and enjoying themselves.

We are incredibly grateful for the continued support we receive from members of our community, and this February’s Holiday Camps have been no exception.

Yesterday, Thursday 5th February, we held the Premier League Primary Stars National Girls Football Tournament Regional Qualifiers at the RH Academy, bringing together four schools from our local area: Sutton Road, Greenwood, Peafield Lane, and St. Peters Farndon.
