We’re looking for a passionate Post-16 Tutor to join our team and support students aged 16+ in achieving their academic goals.

In this role, you’ll:

• Provide tailored support, guidance, and instruction to students.

• Motivate learners by linking sports skills to academic success.

• Set realistic goals and encourage students to reach their potential.

• Support recruitment for the next academic year.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools and our Community Trust.
