Community Engagement Lead

As Community Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for the coordination, quality assurance and operational management of MTCT’s community engagement programmes.

  • The role will provide leadership and line management to delivery staff, build effective partnerships and ensure programmes are delivered safely, effectively and in line with Premier League Kicks guidance, funding requirements and Trust expectations.

  • The postholder will have a strong understanding of safeguarding, including MTCT’s policies and reporting lines, ensuring concerns are identified, recorded and promptly escalated through the appropriate channels.

  • The role will also include occasional P.E. delivery in schools where required to support the wider needs of the Trust.
