MASCOTS

Home games only | £110 per child

Mascot Coordinator getting the mascots ready to walk out with the players

From the buzz of meeting the players to the adrenaline of playing football. Mascot packages cost £110 per mascot and aims to provide the ultimate match day experience for young supporters. Mascots will receive a Replica Stags Shirt (home or away), Signed Football from the Stags squad, Branded bag and water bottle, along with a complimentary adult and child ticket for the match. Included this year will be the centre circle photo, taken by the club photographers!

The Mascot Package starts from the moment Mascots walk through the door, as they meet MTCT coaches and receive their goodie bag, including shirt, signed football, water bottle and tickets! They will then take to the field for a warm up and then it’s photoshoot time as Mascots pose for photos pitch side.

Arrival at 1:30pm to the Mansfield Town Community Trust office (last door on the Ian Greaves stand.) As the crowd take their seats and the players warm up, mascots will head out onto the pitch to enjoy a kick around with MTCT Coaches, before rounding off the experience by leading out the teams before kick-off! Once the lineup is complete, Mascots will gather at the centre circle for a photo with the referees and captains (subject to change) before returning to the sidelines. Community staff will be on hand to bring the Mascots back inside to collect their belongings before being guided to their seats / parents/guardians.

A full payment of £110 is to be made on booking of the Mascot package, which includes a £10 non-refundable deposit. Where applicable and availability, a mascot package can be moved to another game day within 14 days of the original gameday. Cancellations can be made no later than 14 days before the chosen game.

FLAG BEARING

Home league games only

Flag bearers form a guard of honour for the players

Flag Bearers are available for all Mansfield Town Home games for the 22/23 season except for April 10th and Cup fixtures. This package is ideal for Grassroots clubs, Schools, disability groups, extra curricular groups and much more! Package includes tickets for every child plus 2 adult tickets for coaches / staff to accompany them. Parents must purchase tickets via the ticket office in Ian Greaves stand Lower H Block if they wish to attend.

Payment is made on the day, cash or card upon arrival. Meet at 2pm at the MTCT office, Ian Greaves Stand. Groups should arrive pre changed in club colours / kit tracksuits.

BIRTHDAY
PARTIES

Saturdays when Stags are away

Do you have a Stags mad youngster? Are you looking for the perfect gift for a special occasion? Mansfield Town Community Trust are delighted to offer a range of Birthday Packages. Parties are on Saturdays only when the Stags are playing AWAY, so please take this into consideration when booking your party. All parties begin at 12:30pm and finish at 2:00pm. Price includes use of the 3G pitch outside the stadium with one of our Community Coaches, and free use of our party room. Please note food and drink is not included in the package, this is the responsibility of the Parent/ Guardian. Birthday Parties are for up to 16 guests. A minimum £10 non-refundable deposit is required for Birthday Parties. Full payment is expected to be made no later than 14 days before the date of the party.

Gold Package £145
Includes a birthday certificate for the birthday boy or girl, football and a Mansfield Town replica shirt (home or away, subject to availability.)

Silver Package £120
Includes a birthday certificate for the birthday boy or girl and a football.

Bronze Package £110
Includes a birthday certificate for the birthday boy or girl.

When Mansfield Town play at home, Match Day Club is a perfect experience for your child to come and watch the stags in action while also participating in football activities. Match Day Club takes place on Saturday league home match days and runs from 12:00pm-5:00pm*. Participants can bring a packed lunch with them to enjoy pre-match and are welcome to bring money for the kiosk for refreshments.

Please provide your child with appropriate clothing. If you are attending for the first time but are already an SSA member, if possible please bring your JR SSA membership card.

Fixtures throughout the season are subject to change, please refer to the official fixture list for any updates and our social media channels.

Important

Brand new for the 23/24 season, the Match Day Club no longer includes the football session. Match Day Club will be now run separately, when the Stags are playing at home. Please have a home game in mind before contacting, and we will need the Child's full name, age, shirt type and size and your contact details. Payment is made via invoice which is sent to your email which you have provided ASAP once confirmed.

If you'd like to book a Birthday package, please get in touch with Stephen who will get back to you as soon as he can. Please be aware of the limited availability when booking, and check when the Stags are playing AWAY. We will require the date, party type, shirt type and size (if a Gold package) and your contact information. Payment is made via invoice which is sent to your email which you have provided ASAP once confirmed.
