• A full payment is required at the time of booking, which includes a £10 non-refundable deposit.

• These a completed by SumUp invoices. Please allow a week for a staff member to be in touch with an invoice.

• Where possible, mascot packages can be transferred to another matchday (subject to availability) within 14 days of the original booking.

• Cancellations must be made no later than 14 days before the selected fixture.

• If you require an adult shirt, this is available at an additional cost.
