Coaching Activities

Mansfield Town Community Trust are proud partners with the EFL Trust and Premier League. We have a talented set of coaches, with qualifications including intro to Coaching Football and Uefa C / Uefa B Licenses. We also have coaches with experience of working within Academy setups.

SATURDAY
MORNING CLUB

£5 per participant | Every Saturday 10:00am - 12:00pm

Saturday Morning Club is participation-based coaching on Saturday mornings for boys and girls aged from 5 years old to 13 years old. Sessions are two hours long with activities aim at fun and learning through a mixed coaching approach, while also being able to social with others and make new friends.

Our coaches will deliver a range of activities based on different topics and also give them opportunities to show skills in games.

Sessions take place on the 3G pitch at the One Call Stadium on Saturdays mornings.

New for the 23/24 season, our Saturday Morning Club will run every Saturday unless stated otherwise. This new change allows participants to get involved with more football activities during the week, with a dedicated approach to a coaching based session. Match Day Club will run alongside this when the Stags are playing at home. There are limited places on this activity and bookings must be made via the link above.

Following an incredible summer of football that’s inspired many women and girls across the country to get involved in our national game, we’re excited to tell you all about England Football’s latest programme – Squad Girls’ Football.

Focused on providing a fun and friendly environment for girls aged 12 – 14 to play their way, this exciting new programme caters for all abilities, from those who have never kicked a ball before, to those that can do kick-ups in their sleep! The sessions are priced at £3 per session.

Mansfield Town Community Trust are delighted to be an accredited FA Wildcats Football Centre, with WEEKLY GIRLS ONLY FOOTBALL sessions, running on Thursday’s evenings 5-6pm at the One Call Stadium.

Overseen by our Community Coaches, the sessions priced at just £3 per session, this is a fantastic opportunity for girls aged 5 - 11 to come along, play football, have fun and make friends.

PREMIER
LEAGUE KICKS

Mansfield Town Community Trust have been running the Premier League Kicks Project for over 6 years and has been providing football sessions in and around the Mansfield Area for participants aged 10-19 years old.

The aim of this programme is to give young people in Mansfield the chance to take part in football sessions when they may have not had the chance to prior to the sessions. PL Kicks participants can represent Mansfield Town at various tournaments up and down the country throughout the year. We also encourage participants to take part in social action projects, and initiatives and give them the opportunity to change and impact the local community. We also look at issues around our culture and society including hate crime, racism, knife crime, environmental issues and much more.

We work closely with Nottinghamshire Police and organisations such as kick it out, show racism the red card, stonewall and many others to provide education and support. Sessions are also delivered in collaboration with schools, leisure centres, colleges and more.

ONE CALL STADIUM

Premier League Kicks operates at the One Call Stadium on Thursday evening’s and is FREE to attend. The sessions are open to those in School Years Seven to Eleven, split into two groups across two time slots.

Premier League sessions operates at Oak Tree Leisure Centre on Monday evening's and is free to attend.
