One of our mascots enjoyed an extra-special surprise at last night’s fixture, just days before her birthday on Sunday!

After discovering her favourite player, Lucas Akins, wasn’t in the starting line-up, we wanted to make sure her evening still had a special moment to remember.

So, we arranged a surprise meeting with Lucas at the tunnel, giving her the chance to meet her favourite player and create a memory to treasure long after the final whistle.

A huge thank you to Lucas for taking the time to make her dream come true and give her an early birthday present she won’t forget!
