ABL Health workshop at One Call Stadium

Today, we were joined by Ali & Adell from ABL Health who delivered a healthy eating and wellbeing workshop with our Holiday Club participants. They learned all about healthy food, enjoyed a colourful ‘rainbow’ of fruits, and took part in some fun exercise activities.

A big thank you to Ali & Adell for coming down and delivering a great session, all the kids had a great time!
