Saturday was our dedicated fixture for the White Ribbon campaign, and today, on White Ribbon Day, we’re highlighting the powerful message behind it. The pitchside photo taken at the match features Mansfield Town player Max Dickov, PCC Gary Godden, Deputy PCC Angela Kandola—the OPCC lead for tackling violence against women and girls—and the Mansfield Town Community Trust, all showing their support for the campaign.
As a White Ribbon accredited organisation, the OPCC will be sharing videos throughout the 16 Days of Activism, including powerful pledges from Mansfield Town players and partners across Nottinghamshire.
Together, we’re standing with men and boys to challenge and end violence against women and girls. Join us by making the pledge: ‘I promise never to use, excuse, or remain silent about men’s violence against women.’
