160 Matches, One Big Love: Sienna’s Football Journey

Some people enjoy football. Others live it. And then there’s Sienna.

For Sienna, football isn’t just a hobby, it’s a passion that shapes her world. She has just reached an incredible milestone: her 160th match of the season across all levels of the game.

Her love for football knows no limits. Whether it’s cheering on the first team, supporting the youth squads, or following the women’s side at Cardiff City, Sienna is there, fully invested, fully present, and loving every moment. And it doesn’t stop there. She also spends time supporting local Welsh league clubs like Caerau Ely and Llantwit Major AFC, embracing football at every level.

Sienna is autistic, with ADHD and dyspraxia, and when she connects with something, she connects deeply. Football, music, and trains aren’t just interests; they’re the things that bring her joy, focus, and excitement.

And today adds another unforgettable chapter to her journey.

Cardiff City travelled to the One Call Stadium to face Mansfield Town this afternoon, and Sienna was there not just as a fan, but as a mascot.

Stacey, the Player Care Lead at Mansfield Town, first met Sienna during her son’s game at Truro City F.C. What started as a simple conversation on the sidelines quickly turned into something much more meaningful. That chance meeting helped bring everything together, leading to a moment that Sienna will never forget, walking out as a mascot at the One Call Stadium, representing Cardiff City on her 160th game of the season as they are promoted to the Championship.

160 matches isn’t just a number. It’s dedication. It’s joy. It’s love.
