📚 Academic Achievements

Our partnership with the University of South Wales (USW) and the CEFA BTEC programme continues to deliver strong outcomes for our learners.

• USW First Year Students have impressed with a 74% overall achievement rate in their assessments—an outstanding testament to their dedication and the support from our academic team.

• Second Year BTEC Students have done themselves proud by meeting all their target grades, with two students exceeding their goals and setting a high bar for next year’s cohort.

  
  

🎓 Pathways and Progression

We’re thrilled to see so many of our students moving on to exciting next steps:

• Five second-year students will be continuing their journey at the University of South Wales, furthering both their education and sporting development.

• One student is heading to the United States to coach football this summer—an incredible opportunity to gain international experience.

• Another student is taking a bold and admirable step by joining the Army, showing the variety of pathways available through our programmes.

Our first-year BTEC students have also had a fantastic year. Many achieved Distinctions in their units, consistently performing at a high academic level. Beyond the classroom, they are actively exploring their future options, including:

• Sports scholarships

• Careers in the sport and fitness industries

Their ambition and drive have laid a strong foundation for success in their second year and beyond.

🌍 Spain Football Tour – A Standout Moment

One of the highlights of the year was the Spain Football Tour 2025, successfully completed earlier this year. It provided students with a once-in-a-lifetime experience to train and compete in a professional environment, while also bonding as a team and growing as individuals.

⚽ CEFA League Highlights

Both our Girls’ and Boys’ teams proudly competed in the CEFA League this year, showcasing their talent, teamwork, and competitive spirit. Their dedication and sportsmanship have been a credit to the College and the Trust.
