Please ensure you are booking the correct provision for your child. Football Camps and Holiday Clubs are separate programs with different activities and schedules.
A three-strike system is in place to address late pick-ups and behaviour concerns. For more information on our policies and procedures, including how concerns or issues are handled, please refer to our Safeguarding Policy (see the Non-Complaints and Appeals Flow Chart on page 21).

WANT TO KNOW MORE?
Our Holiday Club is for children who want to be creative and join in with crafts and games, alongside still participating in some of their favourite sports! Holiday Club is a school holidays programme led by FA qualified staff designed to keep children entertained and engaged over the school holidays.
Open to all ages 5 - 13 years old our Holiday Club hosts a variety of different indoor and outdoor activities to enhance creativity and keep children active. Our Holiday Club is mainly based around a fun theme, in order to keep our content fresh, new and engaging for the children. Please note, that activities vary each day based on what the children want to do and capacity. This provision is for those who don't enjoy football activities all day.
New site launched
We’re excited to announce a new additional venue for our Holiday Club this year. Alongside our sessions at One Call Stadium, the Holiday Club will also now be running at Debdale Sports Park, giving families even more flexibility and choice when booking.
Free lunch provided!
Thanks to the continued support of Vaughandale Construction Ltd, we are pleased to introduce a new initiative for this year’s Holiday Club. For the first time, every child attending will receive a free nutritious lunch each day as part of their visit. This generous support helps make the programme more accessible for families across Mansfield, while ensuring children stay fuelled and ready to enjoy a full day of sports, games and creative activities in a safe and engaging environment. Breakfast is also provided upon arrival to kickstart the day!

TAX FREE CHILDCARE
We are pleased to accept payments through the UK Government's Tax-Free Childcare scheme. If you would like to use Tax-Free Childcare to pay for your booking, please first make the payment request through your Tax-Free Childcare account. Once this has been completed, email us a screenshot of your payment request together with the date you would like to book to community@mansfieldtownct.net.
We will then issue you with a voucher code that can be used to complete your booking via our BookWhen system.
Please allow 1–2 working days for us to process your request and send your voucher code (please note that we do not operate at weekends). As all bookings are subject to availability, we recommend making your request as early as possible, as your preferred date may become fully booked before your voucher code is issued.

We have a limited amount of spaces for our fantastic trip to Liverpool to visit both Anfield and Hill Dickinson Stadiums
This trip is open to all ages between 5 - 13 years old. Please note, that you must be booked on at least 8 sessions on any of our Holiday Camps to qualify for this trip (no refunds). If you have booked on 8 sessions, please email community@mansfieldtownct.net to receive the password.
A packed lunch is included with this trip, thanks to the support of Vaughandale Construction LTD
Registrations take place at either One Call Stadium (Community Room), NG18 5DA or Debdale Park, NG19 7NS. On the booking form, please select where you would like your child to be picked up from.
